Straight from Atlantic Canada, this original cocktail by Steve Murphy can be found at his bar, Slaymaker & Nichols, THE bar in Prince Edward Island!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Willing to Learn Gin by Nova Scotia Spirits Co or any gin
- ½ oz Honey Syrup (a 50/50 mix of water & honey)
- 1 oz Watermelon juice
- 3 dashes Free Brothers Cardamom bitters
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and then stir
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice
