Here is the recipe directly from Bar Swift by its owners Bobby Hiddleston & Mia Johansson
- 10ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 1 scoop of Lemon sorbet
- Lemon zest
- Combine Prosecco with 10 ml of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto (but this could be any spirit of your choosing, usually vodka)
- Add a scoop of lemon sorbet
- Garnish with lemon zest
