- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Sugar Cube 3/4 oz Sugar Syrup
- Maraschino cherry and/or Orange Peel
Instructions
- Add the sugar cube at the bottom of a mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of bitters on top of the sugar cube
- Add a dash of rum and muddle the sugar and bitters
- Add the rest of the rum
- Add ice
- Stir, stir and stir!
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with the cherry and orange!
