How to Make Robbie Bargh’s Negroni Sbagliato

Everyone knows what a Negroni (Campari, Gin, and Sweet Vermouth!) is, but what is a Negroni Sbagliato? Literally it means the Mistaken Negroni in Italian. What it means for us is bring on the Campari and Sweet Vermouth, but remove the Gin. What should go in its place? Prosecco!  Robbie Bargh makes it a bit more bit more gorgeous by adding Pink Champagne.

Add ice in a rocks glass or keep it neat in a Champagne flute – your choice!
