Sitting at a desk everyday was never going to be the modus operandi for today’s guest. Noah Dorian Matthies may have begun his career in Germany, but he was destined to travel halfway around the world to explore new territories, mimicking his alternate profession as a balloon driver.

Noah settled in Cartagena and has created a whole other world for himself and his team at El Baron Cafe & Liquor Bar. Where they go next is anyone’s guess but, I am sure, wherever it will be, the cocktails will transport us to other uncharted dominions.
