Hampden Sour
Ingredients
- 40 ml Hampden Estate 46°
- 25 ml fresh citrus juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup (for an extra lush kick, try it with home-made sage syrup)
- 5 ml still water
- Lemon slice (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a shaker
- Add ice & shake
- Strain & serve straight up into a coupette glass or rocks
- Garnish with lemon slice (fresh or dried)
