Forest Collins has some very rigid specifications for her martini! She should know how she likes it, she is, after all, the founder of 52Martinis.com, the home of Paris bars!
Ingredients
- 1 part Dry Vermouth
- 4 parts London Dry Gin
- 3 dashes Orange bitters
- Garnish: Preserved lemon rind
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice
- Stir, stir, stir
- Strain it into a Martini glass
- Garnish with the preserved lemon rind for a citrus/briny pop!
