Easter-ific Bunny Souffle

Ingredients

  • 30ml Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • 15ml Briottet Creme de Cacao Blanc
  • 10ml Cointreau Noir
  • 15ml Teisser Orgeat
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 50ml Double Cream
  • top up with Fentimans Soda Water
  • Garnish:1 sprig mint, 1 Nasturtium Gold and chocolate dust
  • Cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a shaker.
  2. Shake
  3. Reverse dry shake
  4. Top up with soda water
  5. Garnish
