One of Sebastien Roy's delicious cocktail creations, using his very own, award-winning Gin Thuya. An Atlantic Canada favorite!

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin Thuya
  • Half of the glass of Cranberry juice
  • Half a glass of Raspberry juice
  • Sprite, 7Up or Lemonade
  • Thuya Occidentalis
  • Slice of orange

Instructions

  1. Take a highball Glass or big wine glass full of ice and add the gin
  2. Then add the cranberry juice and the raspberry juice
  3. Top it up with Sprite, 7up or Lemonade
  4. Garnish with a branch of Thuya Occidentalis or edible evergreen and a slice of orange.
