Directly from Atlantic Canada, this Nova Scotian take on the Paper Plane cocktail is easy to make and uses Compass Distillers Nova Scotia Rye instead of bourbon.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Compass Distillers Nova Scotia Rye
- 1½ oz Amaro Nonino or Meletti
- 1½ oz Aperol
- 1½ oz fresh lemon juice, strained
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice
- Shake, shake, shake
- Strain into a coupe glass.
