Directly from Atlantic Canada, this Nova Scotian take on the Paper Plane cocktail is easy to make and uses Compass Distillers Nova Scotia Rye instead of bourbon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz Compass Distillers Nova Scotia Rye
  • 1½ oz Amaro Nonino or Meletti
  • 1½ oz Aperol
  • 1½ oz fresh lemon juice strained

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
