Cointreau Cosmo

Cointreau Cosmo

Perfect for the Valentine’s Day season!

INGREDIENTS

20 ml Cointreau
40 ml Vodka
20 ml Cranberry Juice
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange twist

Cointreau Fizz Passion & Pepper - Valentine's Day Recipe (1)

Cointreau Fizz Passion & Pepper

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Cointreau
15 ml Fresh Lime
2 Fresh Passion Fruits
1 thin slice Thaï Chilli Pepper
50 ml Soda water

METHOD

In a Boston shaker glass, add Cointreau, lime juice, passion fruit juice
Fill with ice
Shake until the metal tin is frosted
Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water

Between the Sheets

INGREDIENTS

30 ml Cointreau
25 ml Mount Gay Silver rum
25 ml Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
20 ml fresh lemon juice

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice
Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass
