Ignite the spice and fizz in your Valentine’s Day with this fruity, zesty fizz cocktail with a hint of heat. With fresh passion fruits and a slice of Thai chilli pepper, this zesty yet sweet cocktail is sure to bring the passion this February.
Cointreau Fizz Passion & Pepper
- 50 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml Fresh Lime
- 2 Fresh Passion Fruits
- 1 thin slice Thaï Chilli Pepper
- 50 ml Soda water
In a boston shaker glass, add Cointreau, lime juice, passion fruit juice
Fill with ice
Shake until the metal tin is frosted
Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water
