Cointreau Between The Sheets – Cocktail Recipe

A cheeky twist on the classic Sidecar by Harry MacElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, perfect for your Valentine’s Day date. Featuring Cointreau, Rémy Martin VSOP cognac, Mount Gay Silver rum and fresh lemon juice, this extra dose of rum will bring you a little kick from the early 30’s!

You’ll need the following equipment:

Cointreau Between the Sheets

Ingredients
  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • 25 ml Mount Gay Silver rum
  • 25 ml Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
Directions
  • Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice
  • Step 2 Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass
