A cheeky twist on the classic Sidecar by Harry MacElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, perfect for your Valentine’s Day date. Featuring Cointreau, Rémy Martin VSOP cognac, Mount Gay Silver rum and fresh lemon juice, this extra dose of rum will bring you a little kick from the early 30’s!

Cointreau Between the Sheets

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • 25 ml Mount Gay Silver rum
  • 25 ml Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass
