Cocktail Recipes

Black Cow Martini

Black Cow Martini

Created by Chef Mark Hix, this is the ultimate dirty martini; strong, salty and sweet. Beautifully presented in a mini martini glass, pour your own from a little jug that nestles in a glass of ice.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml (1 3/4 oz) Black Cow
  • Dry vermouth
  • 5ml (1/6 oz) olive brine
  • 1 large olive to garnish

Method:

Pour the Black Cow, splash of dry vermouth and olive brine into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and stir. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled glass and add the olive.

If a Martini doesn’t get your taste buds going, a number of different cocktail recipes available on Black Cow’s website, from basic to advanced, there’s a mixture of classic and unique recipes to suit all!
