How to Make the Blue Hawaiian

The Blue Hawaiian was created in Hawaii in the 1950s and quickly became a symbol of tropical cocktails with its bright colour and laid back feel. It was designed to capture the spirit of the islands in a glass.

Blue Hawaiian

Made with rum, pineapple, coconut, and blue curaçao, it is fruity, smooth, and visually striking. The flavours lean tropical but remain balanced when done well. It is a drink that is as much about mood as it is about taste.

Why Lush Life Loves It

This is one I order when I want something that feels like a proper escape. It is fun, a little theatrical, and always puts me in a good mood.
