Named after French impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir. French Cafés became a regular feature in the lives of the Impressionist artists, serving as a hub for gathering together, discussing new ideas and watching the spectacle of modern life take place in front of them. Ingredients
- 35ml Bardinet Coffee
- 15ml Bardinet VSOP Brandy
- 35ml espresso
- 25ml vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of grated dark chocolate
- Glass: Coupette / Martini
Instructions
- Dissolve the cocoa powder in the freshly-pulled espresso.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice
- Shake, shake, shake
- Strain into a coupe or martini glass
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings
