Ingredients
  

  • 35 ml Bardinet Coffee
  • 15 ml Bardinet VSOP Brandy
  • 35 ml espresso
  • 25 ml vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of grated dark chocolate
  • Glass: Coupette / Martini

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the cocoa powder in the freshly-pulled espresso.
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass
  • Garnish with dark chocolate shavings
