Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce dark overproof rum
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 2½ ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa or Tia Maria)
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Garnish: brandied cherry & pineapple wedge

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake until well-blended and chilled
  • Strain into a highball or hurricane glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with cherry and fresh pineapple
