Ingredients
- 3oz Prosecco
- 2oz Aperol
- 1oz Soda
- One green olive
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a wine glass with ice and stir.
- Garnish with an olive if you want it really Venetian.

That’s too much Aperol. For the American pallet it is best (and easier) to have 50% Prosecco, 25% Aperol, and 25% club soda.. For even better taste, use Italian blood orange soda (available in most grocery stores) instead of regular club soda. Also, the Italians typically add a slice of orange, not an olive.
