Aperol Spritz - Cocktail Recipe

Aperol Spritz

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3oz Prosecco
  • 2oz Aperol
  • 1oz Soda
  • One green olive

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a wine glass with ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with an olive if you want it really Venetian.

    That’s too much Aperol. For the American pallet it is best (and easier) to have 50% Prosecco, 25% Aperol, and 25% club soda.. For even better taste, use Italian blood orange soda (available in most grocery stores) instead of regular club soda. Also, the Italians typically add a slice of orange, not an olive.
