  • 40 ml Amaro Lucano
  • 80 ml Novaantaceppi Primitivo wine
  • 15 ml tonic water
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup
  • Dried orange slice
  • Star Anise

Instructions
 

  • Place crushed ice in a jug
  • Add all the ingredients and stir
  • Pour the cocktail into a julep cup
  • Garnish with the dried orange slice and star anise
