How to Make a Breakfast Martini

The Breakfast Martini was created in London in the 1990s by bartender Salvatore Calabrese, who wanted to capture the flavours of a traditional English breakfast in a cocktail. It quickly became a modern classic and is now served around the world.

Breakfast Martini

Made with gin, citrus, and marmalade, it is bright, slightly bitter, and full of character. The marmalade gives it both sweetness and texture. It is a drink that feels playful but well considered.

Why Lush Life Loves It

I always enjoy how unexpected this one is. It is one of those drinks that feels simple but has a clever touch behind it which only the Maestro Salvatore would have, which probably explains why it has stuck around.
