Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Mezcal Don Ramón Salmiana
  • 45 ml marmalade
  • 15 ml mandarin juice
  • marigold petals
  • cinnamon and clove

Instructions
 

  • Add the petals to the portion of marmalade, cinnamon, and cloves
  • Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice
  • shake vigorously for one minute
  • Strain into a coupe
