Think Clover Club, but instead of Philadephia, this cocktail makes its way eastward to Kyoto. A fabulous take on the original classic cocktail, the Kyoto Club is perfect for any season!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1½ oz Suntory ROKU Gin
  • 1 oz 25ml Green Tea (Chilled)
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Raspberry Syrup (Sugar + Raspberries if not available)
  • Garnish: Raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  • Strain into glass and garnish
