When it comes to mixing and serving the Coronation Cocktail No. 1, there are a few key steps to follow to ensure that you create the perfect drink.

First, gather all of the necessary ingredients, including dry vermouth, fino sherry, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters, and a lemon twist for garnish. Measure out the ingredients and add them to a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.

Next, use a bar spoon to stir the mixture until it is well-chilled. This will help to dilute the drink slightly and ensure that all of the flavors are well-mixed.

Once the drink is properly stirred, strain it into a chilled glass. This can be a cocktail glass or a coupe glass, depending on your preference. Make sure that the glass is properly chilled beforehand to keep the drink at the ideal temperature.

Finally, add a lemon twist for garnish. This can be achieved by peeling a thin strip of lemon zest and twisting it over the drink to release the oils.
