She is not only one of eight spirit committee members of the IWSC but also Chairman of the British Sake Association, a Council Member of the Association of Wine Educators, a member of both the Circle of Wine Writers and the Guild of Food Writers, Educator on Asian Rice wine and spirits at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and so much more – including my friend and our guest today. Grapefruit Chuhai
Ingredients
- 1 measure of your favourite Shochu
- 1/2 Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Soda water
- Grapefruit slice
Instructions
- Fill your glass with ice
- Add 1 measure of your favourite Shochu
- Add 1/2 Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Then top with soda water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a piece of grapefruit
