Fenjiu Christmas Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients
- 35 ml Fenjiu Fen Chiew 10 Year Old 45% or another Fenjiu in the range
- 20 ml Muyu Jasmine Verte Liqueur or another aromatic floral or fruit liqueur
- 10 ml Noilly Pratt Extra Dry Vermouth or another dry white vermouth
- Champagne Prosecco or Cava
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a flute
- Stir gently
- Top up with Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
- Garnish with lemon zest
