Fenjiu Christmas Fizz Cocktail
Sip this Fenjiu Christmas Fizz in 5 minutes! Baijiu, jasmine liqueur, dry vermouth, and sparkling wine make one festive, floral flute.
Ingredients
- 35 ml Fenjiu Fen Chiew 10 Year Old or another Fenjiu in the range
- 20 ml Muyu Jasmine Verte Liqueur or another aromatic floral or fruit liqueur
- 10 ml Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth or another dry white vermouth
- Champagne Prosecco or Cava
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a flute
- Stir gently
- Top up with Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
- Garnish with lemon zest
