Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml honey
  • 50 ml dark rum

Instructions
 

  • Muddle ginger with honey in a cocktail shaker until ginger is fully crushed.
  • Add the rum, grapefruit juice and ice then shake.
  • Strain and pour over a tumbler of crushed ice.
