- 1½ oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz hot freshly brewed coffee
- ½ oz demerara sugar (or 1–2 tsp brown sugar)
- Lightly whipped cream
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Preheat a heatproof glass with hot water, then discard the water.
Add the sugar and hot coffee, stirring until dissolved.
Pour in the Irish whiskey and stir gently.
Float the lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. Do not stir before serving.
Garnish with a light dusting of grated nutmeg and enjoy with friends
