Our Cocktail of the Week is the Ananda Brew created by mixologist Topesh Chatterjee who hails from New Delhi.
The Ananda Brew
- 1 Masala Tea Bag
- 60ml Vodka
- 50ml Egg white
- 20ml Lime juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Step 1 Fuse all ingredients in a shaker, and simply shake it!
- Step 2 Serve the final result in a martini glass
- Step 3 Garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick
