Our next guest truly believed  that every 15 year old wanted to own a bar when he grew up. Years later when Stephan Schulz was presented with the opportunity to run Mata Hari Bar, he couldn’t say no!  It was the dream of a lifetime.

Only thing was he had never made a cocktail in his life. Quickly learning the basics, Stephan has honed his skills so well that Mata Hari is now one of the most famous bars in Nuremberg Germany. Lucky for us, his dream came true!
