SILENT POOL Berry Blend plus fire

Gin Berry Blend

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 25ml Silent Pool Gin
  • 25ml Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac
  • 15ml Blackberry syrup
  • Dash orange bitters
  • 15ml kummel

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients together
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass that has been rinsed with Kummel
  3. Garnish with a flamed lemon zest
