Conceived by Ago Perrone, Director of Mixology at the one and only Connaught Bar, and Giuseppe Gallo, the man behind Savoia, the Garibladino is one of the first cocktails created for this brand new spirit!
- 30 ml Connaught Bar Gin
- 20 ml Savoia
- 20 ml Martini Ambrato
- 5 ml Fino Sherry
- 5 ml evanished wine
- Build (pour each ingredient slowly, one at a time, over the back of a bar spoon) layered in red wine glass with ice cube sphere.
- Garnish with green cocoa butter stripe and orange leaf essence
