Usually made with whiskey, this twist on an Old Fashioned cocktail combines SANTA TERESA 1796 rum – a smooth and balanced rum of exceptional richness and an unexpectedly dry finish – with maple syrup and Pimento Dram, a spicy berry liqueur with notes of cinnamon and ginger, for a festive twist.

  • 5 ml maple syrup
  • 10 ml pimento dram
  • 3 dashes of angostura bitters
  • Garnish: orange twist
