Lixir Bellini
This festive cocktail mixing Lixir Rhubarb & Ginger Tonic and Prosecco is a great alternative to the usual Bellini!
Ingredients
- 50 ml Prosecco
- 25 ml Sugar Syrup
- 50 ml Lixir Rhubarb & Ginger Tonic
- Garnish with Mint leaves Jazzie sprinkles
Instructions
- Rim the glass with your jazzy sprinkles
- Add Lixir Rhubarb & Ginger Tonic, prosecco and sugar into a wine glass
- Stir gently
- Garnish with mint leaves
