The Isola di Pino at Experimental Cocktail Club Venice is the kind of drink that makes you raise an eyebrow… and then immediately order another.

Vodka, coffee liqueur and amaro sounds straightforward enough. It isn’t. The salted sugar syrup gives it that little wink — not sweet-sweet, but savoury, rich, slightly mysterious. It’s silky, grown-up, and finished with three coffee beans for luck. Venice loves a bit of symbolism.
It’s the perfect late-night cocktail: dark, smooth, and with just enough coffee to keep the conversation flowing.
