How to answer when the Connaught comes calling

How to answer when the Connaught comes calling

In Part One of these two back-to-back Lush Life episodes, we left Ago Perrone in a quandary. Would he or wouldn’t he answer the call of the Connaught? As it’s been ten years and a slew of awards later, we know the answer. Not only did he become the Director of Mixology, Ago was just longlisted for Bar Mentor of the Year by Tales of the Cocktail, the Oscars of the drinks industry.

In his ten years at the Connaught, he and his team have elevated cocktail creation and hospitality to new heights. From the Bloody Mary to the Martini, there are no half measures on anything and everyone is treated like family. Now they have gone one step further and created the Connaught Gin, a testament to ten years of success.

It’s a tough cocktail recipe but all you can do is try, the Sweet & Z is here!

Who’s on tap next:

Now after a few weeks in London, Normandy, France  calls us away. Recalling his childhood memories of apple picking and cider making, our next guest found he could no longer stand drinking any cider on the market, so he created his own from apples in his families orchard.
