- 60ml Fenjiu Bamboo Xin Li He Zhu 45% (or another Fenjiu bamboo style in the range)
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml Fever-Tree Clementine tonic water
- Top up with ginger beer
- Add all of the ingredients to a rocks glass with ice
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice
