Everleaf Gimlet

Ingredients
  • 40ml Everleaf bittersweet aperitif
  • 50ml chamomile tea
  • 15ml grapefruit & pink peppercorn cordial*
  • Grapefruit twist
Directions
  • Step 1 Add all the ingredients to a shaker with some ice
  • Step 2 Throw the cocktail (Let the liquid fall from high to low!)
  • Step 3 Strain into a cocktail glass
  • Step 4 Garnish with a grapefruit twist
*grapefruit & pink peppercorn cordial
  • 500ml grapefruit juice
  • 340g sugar
  • 10g citric acid
  • 5g crushed pink peppercorns
  • Add all ingredients together and let stand for 6hrs, strain off and bottle. Refrigerate
