Don Papa Rum's Sun in the Tropics

Don Papa's Rum cocktail, the Sun in the Tropics, is a super refreshing thirst quencher inspired by the vibrant sun rays of Sugarlandia!


  • 45ml Don Papa 7
  • 15ml Dry curaçao
  • 15ml Orgeat
  • 10ml Mango puree
  • 20ml Lime juice


  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lime in a shaker
  2. Add a dash of orgeat juice and pour in the Don Papa Rum and mango puree
  3. Add ice
  4. Shake, shake, shake
  5. Pour into a rocks glass with ice
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel, and fresh edible flowers
