Cotswolds Martini, Cotswolds Distillery, Shipston-on-Stour

Cotswolds Martini

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Two sprays of Cotswolds Absinthe
  • 60ml Cotswolds Dry Gin
  • Grapefruit Peel

Instructions

  1. Spray two sprays of Cotswolds Absinthe in a Nick and Nora Martini glass
  2. Stir in a mixing glass for 90 seconds or until the dilution is just perfect
  3. Strain into your Absinthe lined Nick and Nora Martini glass
  4. Express some grapefruit oil over the top and discard the peel
