This colorful twist on a classic Brandy Alexander is a
zesty and refreshing cocktail that will soon become your springtime favorite.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Coole Swan
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml amaretto
  • 1tsp lemon curd
  • Garnish: edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Pour Coole Swan, gin, and amaretto into a shaker.
  2. Add the lemon curd and ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers.
