How to Make the CJ Collins

What could be better than a Tom Collins on a sunny day, yep our cocktail of the week, the CJ Collins, get it?? (hint: named for the founder!)

Ingredients

  • 70ml Jensen's Old Tom
  • 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Simple syrup on a 1:1 ratio
  • 70ml Soda water

Instructions

  1. All ingredients directly in glass with large junks of ice,
  2. Give it a stir
  3. Garnish with a 1/2 lemon wheel and lemon zest.
