Ingredients
- 70ml Jensen's Old Tom
- 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 12.5ml Simple syrup on a 1:1 ratio
- 70ml Soda water
Instructions
- All ingredients directly in glass with large junks of ice,
- Give it a stir
- Garnish with a 1/2 lemon wheel and lemon zest.
