Last night I ran over to Zuma London in Knightsbridge to try a few Cîroc cocktails from the exclusive, limited edition cocktail menu that is in collaboration with Bar Manager, Pawel Rolka.
The menu coincides with a beautiful Cherry Blossom installation to welcome the new season – available only until 17th June.
The Sakura Ciroc Menu selection features six floral themed serves including:
The Sakura Martini, made with Ciroc Vodka, sakura infused Vermouth and pickled sakura.
The Okinawa Cooler, including sakura infused vermouth with Ciroc Vodka, Grappa, Escubac, grapefruit juice, rose water, watermelon and yuzu tonic water.
The Hanami Sour – Ciroc Vodka, aloe vera, jasmine and rose yoghurt, almond syrup with yuzu and lemon juice.
Yamazakura Martini, which contains Ciroc Vodka with poached peach in saffron and sake with a ginger and yuzu cordial.
