Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
  • 20 ml Campari
  • 15 ml demerara syrup
  • 50 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add a couple of cubes of ice to a short glass
  • Combine the Captain Morgan, Campari, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass and stir
  • Finish off with a wedge of pineapple to garnish
