SCOTTISH CELEBRATIONS AT BOISDALE
Embrace traditions this Burns Night at Boisdale Belgravia and Boisdale Canary Wharf, where Scottish ingredients will be showcased in a selection of delicious dishes, including a Stornoway Black Pudding Scotch Egg with piccalilli aioli to start; roast Dumfrieshire Blackface Haggis with mashed tatties and bashed neeps served with a noggin of Aberfeldy 12 Year Old; and Cranachan and shortbread served with whisky marinated raspberries to finish. To drink, recommended drams include ABERFELDY 12 Year Old and 21 Year Old and one of the latest limited editions from the Aberfeldy Red Wine Cask collection – the Aberfeldy 15 Year Old single malt whisky finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from Napa Valley. In true Boisdale fashion, each evening will be host to a Burns Night Piper and a musical performance, with acts including the original cast members from The Rat Pack Live in Las Vegas, Stephen Triffitt and Mark Adams performing as Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin; and Scottish songstress, Sandi Thom.

AN EXCLUSIVE NIGHT OF SCOTTISH SIPS AT THE BERKELEY
On 25th January, for one night only, experience typical Scottish cuisine and a night of bagpipes and poetry at the Berkeley’s exclusive pub pop-up, The Bishop. After an ABERFELDY cocktail and nibbles, enjoy a four-course meal of Scottish smoked salmon served with heritage beets, caramelized orange and sharp horseradish; Cullen Skink – a lentil, potato and smoked haddock soup; Scottish Haggis with neeps, tatties and Aberfeldy whisky sauce; and Cranachan served with oat, raspberries and a spiced biscuit. The menu will be complemented by a selection of ABERFELDY whiskies and Georgie Bell from Aberfeldy Single Malt Whisky, will talk through the history and tasting notes of the Aberfeldy 12, 16 and 21 Year Old malts, as well as the two newest additions to the Red Wine Cask collection; the Aberfeldy 15 Year Old Napa Valley Cask Finish and the Aberfeldy 18 Year Old Tuscan Red Wine Cask Finish. A toast to the haggis will be celebrated with the classic Robert Burns Ode to the Haggis and a piper.

A NIGHT OF MUSIC, POETRY AND HAGGIS AT THE SUN TAVERN
If you are looking for a non-traditional way to celebrate Robert Burns, on 25th January, the Sun Tavern will be hosting a night of music, bespoke Aberfeldy whisky cocktails and complementary haggis-bites from Broadway Market stalwarts, Deeney’s. The night will include an ‘Ode To The Haggis’ and a rendition or two of Burns’ best works while everyone enjoys a selection of Aberfeldy whisky cocktails. As the night continues, the entertainment will move from poetry to music with Rennie of Scottish indie legends, The View, on the decks performing a Scottish-centric DJ set. The night will run 7pm till 12 am, cocktails priced at £8.50 served throughout.
There are no booking fees to partake in the festivities, and guests can book a table at The Sun Tavern.
A BURNS NIGHT BANQUET AT THE GEORGE
For those seeking an extravagant way to celebrate Burns Night, The George on Great Portland Street will be hosting a banquet-style dinner on 25th January. Guests will be able to enjoy a three-course menu curated by Executive Chef Alex Harper, which will include Scottish whisky-cured salmon accompanied with beremeal bannocks; followed by a venison and haggis wellington; and of course the traditional raspberry Cranachan to finish. The dinner will be accompanied by two Aberfeldy whisky cocktails and a dram of the honeyed Aberfeldy 12 Year Old.
The night will begin at 7:30 pm, and tickets are available for the price of £75. This includes the meal, a dram of Aberfeldy, and two Aberfeldy cocktails.
