How to Make the Pink Lady

The Pink Lady is a classic cocktail that dates back to the early twentieth century and was once considered quite fashionable. It combines gin with applejack, citrus, and egg white, giving it both structure and texture. Despite the name, it is more serious than it sounds.

The egg white adds body while the citrus keeps it balanced. Applejack brings depth that sets it apart from simpler sours. The result is both elegant and structured.

Why Lush Life Loves It

I always think this is more interesting than people expect. It looks delicate, but it has real substance. It is one I come back to now and then.
