Boozy Affogato
The traditional Affogato is espresso poured over vanilla gelato. To make it truly a truly Italian cocktail, drizzle a bit of Amaretto or Frangelico over it. Personally I love a little Sambuca!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla gelato ice cream
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1 ounce liqueur
Instructions
- Add a scoop of vanilla gelato to a cup
- Pour the hot espresso over it
- Drizzle in the liqueur
