How to Make the Rum Barrel

The Rum Barrel is a tiki style cocktail that became popular in mid twentieth century tropical bars. It reflects a time when layered rum drinks were designed to feel both exotic and indulgent.

Rum Barrel

Typically made with multiple rums and fruit juices, it is rich, complex, and often stronger than it appears. The balance can vary, but the goal is always depth and flavour. It is a drink that leans fully into its style.

Why Lush Life Loves It

This is one I order when I am in the mood for something big and bold. It feels like a proper escape in a glass.
